I beg the differ, those public schools are NOT the same as poor public schools that are in minority communities, and can not be compared as such. There is no equivalence.

I do appreciate your reading and responses…but we will have to agree to disagree on this because I am unable to follow your logic when comparing them or saying that’s why they are all targets etc…
