I totally agree with all that you’ve stated…and I’m so sick of all the people who are defending her and especially black ppl who are using racism for what occurred when Serena didn’t even make that as an excuse…b/c Serena no longer sees herself as a black woman, and feels that her money and fame should shield her from all criticisms no matter her behavior…these ppl act as though she was owed the Championship outright and as Serena says, b/c she has a daughter…one of the first questions that was asked of Serena when she went to her presser was did her becoming a mom help her to show the compassion that she showed towards Osaka, that was the most pathetic question I’ve ever heard asked at a professional sporting event. Lastly, since women in tennis want to be equal to men, and are being paid the same prize monies at US Open as men, then I think it only fair that they are required to play as many sets as well. I watched one of the men’s finals this week that went on for over 5 hours.
