It is definitely their desire to push charter schools, and it’s all that fraud Randi Weingarten (head of Teachers Union), who has yielded unprecedented power for decades, sold out to big Corp and done nothing to support the teachers…I would never disparage teachers, the passage you referenced I did not write, that was taken from an article about NYC schools and the rich elite liberals who are fighting to keep poor African Americans and Latinos from attending.
